BARREL Daily Update: Jan 5th 2014

Hi All,

We now have 5 payloads up! This time last year we only had just launched out 4th.

Last night there was a halo CME which is partially Earth directed. It appears to be moving at about 800 - 1000 km/s. Fingers crossed we have a storm next week.

There are new Firebird KML files in the drop box folder. There are two icons, one for when the satellite is pointing up (U) and one when it is pointing down (D).
